That’s where our experienced Fractional Leaders entered in action, with a redesign of the GTM, definition of an operating plan and launch of a brand new partner program.

A Fractional Partner Director led the execution of the plan, providing guidance to a team of   on-demand resources, launching a brand new solution portal and all the processes involved in a partner operation: recruitment, enablement, partner support, operations and demand generation support. This helped SBIR’s partners commercialize their products, accelerate procurement by government buyers, expand into adjacent markets, and connect with new distribution opportunities.

Through this collaboration, SBIR transitioned from a funding-support organization into a growth platform, helping innovative businesses sustain momentum and multiply their impact.
